The Urbanicity Museums · Remote
Curator of Education
The museums teach. Every hall carries a hypothesis and a counterclaim; every exhibit carries questions; the galleries carry devices — dice, puzzles, whiteboards, camera prompts, QR ratholes — that turn visits into lessons.
You will
Own the educational layer across all five museums. Write and edit panel text in the house registers. Build guide tracks and rathole tours. Design gallery devices with the product team. Connect halls to the Academy's lesson fabric and the Institute's catalog.
You bring
Museum education or curriculum design experience. Exhibit-writing chops (samples required). A taste for playful mechanics with serious intent.

Total compensation is built in three parts: the base salary target; the ability to generate additional comp tied to what your desk grows (enrollment, membership, collection value — measured, not vague); and stock grants — equity in Urbanicity LLC (membership units) vesting with service, so the founding staff own part of what they build.
